The selected service provider receives prompt notification of their assignment via email or push notifications on their mobile device. Real-time status updates are facilitated through a dedicated mobile application, empowering service providers to communicate delivery progress seamlessly. Furthermore, the mobile app incorporates image capturing capabilities, enabling providers to furnish Proof of Pickup and Delivery, enhancing transparency and accountability.
