Event Recap: Infomax Solutions Update 2024 - Unveiling Dynamic IT Solutions for Business Success

On June 20, 2024, from 930 AM to 2:00 PM, the Infomax Solutions Update 2024 event took place at the Holiday Inn, Glorietta, Makati. This exclusive and enlightening seminar, held in collaboration with esteemed partners OutSystems and Upland Software, showcased the latest solutions designed to propel businesses forward. 

Event Highlights

The event kicked off with an exploration of OutSystems, a premier low-code platform, revolutionizing the rapid development of applications with minimal coding. Ari Oktafian, the Partner Alliances Manager of OutSystems, provided an insightful overview of the platform. He was joined by Jared Amul, Infomax's Solutions Architect, who delved into OutSystems DevOps, Security & Deployment and highlighted various use cases across industries. Carlo Gimutao, Infomax's dedicated Software Developer Specialist, also demonstrated the simplicity of crafting integrated solutions.

Next, the transformative potential of FileBound was unveiled. This document and workflow automation solution helps organizations improve efficiency, visibility, and compliance by automating document-related processes. Attendees also learned about OL Connect, a powerful software suite designed to create, manage, and deliver highly personalized customer communications. Ken Chan, Regional Sales Manager of Upland Software, led this insightful session, highlighting how OL Connect provides end-to-end automation and multi-channel output capabilities for personalized customer communications.

The event also provided an intimate setting for attendees to connect with industry leaders and peers. Participants engaged in one-on-one discussion with partners, addressing specific needs and queries. The networking sessions, complemented by refreshments and lunch, fostered an ideal environment for knowledge sharing.     In the breakout table 1, Enzo Lomboy, Infomax's Business Analyst, presented E-Kiosk Solution and IDTS. 
    E-Kiosk is a solution designed to revolutionize transactional processes within banking branches. It can seamlessly process various transactions, including cash, debit and straight-through transactions such as utility bill payments, PAGIBIG, SSS, and more. While IDTS or Integrated Delivery Tracking System revolutionizes the management of delivery requests within the organization. Employees can seamlessly generate pickup and delivery requests, subject to a structured approval workflow ensuring adherence to predefined criteria. Enzo was able to elaborate and demonstrate what these two solutions are capable of.

    Topic: Identity Verification & Acquired Assets


    On the other side of the venue, there we can find Carlo Inandan, Infomax's OutSystems Developer who showcased the solutions - Identity Verification & Acquired Assets. These solutions will enhance a company's verification process with advanced facial recognition, passive liveness testing, and comprehensive data validation to achieve rapid and accurate identity verification.

    Topic: E-SOA & Policy Holder Communication


    And on the 3rd table, Jared Amul, Infomax's Solutions Architect presented E-SOA & Policy Holder Communincation. The E-SOA Solution automates SOA generation processes including checks, improving delivery time and accuracy. High Net clients can reconcile their cash movement better. While Policy Holder Communication gathers documents from different sources and packages them for delivery to the policy holders or brokers/agents and other intermediaries. This automation improves turnaround times significantly, reduces labor costs and ultimately enhances client satisfaction.

With this session, attendees were able to know the capability of Infomax on developing applications through the integration with different platforms from OutSystems and Upland Software. Attendees were also able to understand some solutions that Infomax is trying to show and offer based on the industry and possible requirements they might have.
